Cosmic Wins™ School Licence

Unless a resource states otherwise, Cosmic Wins Schools Programme materials supplied under a School Licence may be used within one individual school.

A valid School Licence allows staff at the licensed school to:

• print and photocopy pupil activity pages for children attending that school;
• print teacher materials for staff delivering the programme within that school;
• display relevant programme materials on classroom screens or interactive whiteboards for teaching;
• store the resources securely on the school's internal systems where access is limited to appropriate staff;
• use the resources with multiple classes and year groups within the licensed school during the applicable licence period.

There is no need to purchase an individual copy for every pupil unless a particular resource states otherwise.

Unless Cosmic Wins has given written permission, resources may not be:

• shared with another school;
• circulated across other schools within a Multi-Academy Trust or school group;
• uploaded to a public website, social media platform or publicly accessible file-sharing service;
• sold, sublicensed or redistributed;
• substantially altered and republished as another resource;
• used to create a competing commercial product or programme;
• used commercially outside the licensed school's educational activities.

A School Licence for printable or digital resources does not automatically give permission to photocopy or reproduce a Cosmic Wins book in full.

Physical books should be purchased separately unless a particular licence or agreement expressly says otherwise.

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in Cosmic Wins materials remain with their respective rights holder.

Purchasing or receiving a School Licence gives the school permission to use the resources in the ways described here. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property.

Schools formally participating in an authorised Cosmic Wins Schools Pilot may receive additional permission to reproduce pilot materials for participating pupils and staff.

Any special permissions supplied with the pilot take priority over this general School Licence for the duration and purposes of that pilot.

Pilot schools may also be invited to provide feedback to help us understand how the programme works in real classrooms.

We want Cosmic Wins to reach children while making sure the work is shared responsibly.

For MAT-wide use, multiple schools, training, commercial use or another arrangement, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the appropriate permission.
